Delivery Information

 

Shipping - UAE

  • Delivery is AED 15 on all orders

  • Free delivery when you spend over AED 100

       Next Day Delivery – AED 15

  • For orders placed before 4pm UAE time
  • No delivery on Sundays

       Same Day Delivery (Dubai only) – AED 30

  • For orders placed before 12pm UAE time
  • No delivery on Sundays

 

Shipping - Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain

  • Delivery is AED 70 on all orders
  • Delivery takes 3-4 business day subject to customs

 

Customs processing times are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays and do not offer refunds.

 

Returns Policy

Because of the nature of our products (hey, hygiene first!), we don’t accept returns. But, if you received the wrong color, size, or something’s faulty, we’ve got you!

 

Please follow these steps if your product is faulty or incorrect:

1. Email us at info@talaacovers.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number and clear pictures of the product.

 

Once we inspect the issue, we will notify you if your request is approved or disapproved.

 

Refused Packages & Wrong Addresses

Uh-oh! If your package is refused by the recipient, or if the shipping address provided was incorrect and the package is returned to us:

  • Please note that AED 150 will be deducted from your order, and the balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • Want it re-shipped? No problem! We’ll need to process the order again, and additional shipping fees will apply.

 

Refused Payments

If customs duties or taxes are refused and the package is returned to us, we will not be able to refund the original shipping fees.
