Shipping (within the UAE)

Delivery is AED 15 on all orders

Free delivery when you spend over AED 100 (we’ve got you covered 😉)

Next Day Delivery – AED 15
• For orders placed before 4pm UAE time
• No delivery on Sundays

Same Day Delivery (Dubai only) – AED 30
• For orders placed before 12pm UAE time
• No delivery on Sundays
Returns Policy
Because of the nature of our products (hey, hygiene first!), we don’t accept returns. But, if you received the wrong color, size, or something’s faulty, we’ve got you!
Please follow these steps if your product is faulty or incorrect:
1. Email us at info@talaacovers.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and clear pictures of the product.
Once we inspect the issue, we will notify you if your request is approved or disapproved.
If your return is approved:
• We will send you a return shipping label via email.
• You’ll have 10 days to ship the product, and it must be scanned by the carrier within this window.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds take 7-15 working days to appear in your account.
Refused Packages & Wrong Addresses
Uh-oh! If your package is refused by the recipient, or if the shipping address provided was incorrect and the package is returned to us, here's what happens:
• You will be refunded for the order excluding the original shipping fees.
• Want it re-shipped? No problem! We’ll need to process the order again, and additional shipping fees will apply.
Refused Payments
If customs duties or taxes are refused and the package is returned to us, we will not be able to refund the original shipping fees.
