What are nipple covers and how do they work?
Talaa covers are reusable silicone inserts that sit over your nipples (and a bit more) for a smooth, seamless look under clothes. Smooth covers use a heat-activated grip to stay in place. Glazed covers have a non-adhesive centre and a light adhesive edge for extra hold.
How do you wear nipple covers?
Start with clean, dry skin. Flip the cover inside out, place it, and paste in an upward motion, smoothing as you go. Press to finish. Smooth covers work best with fitted styles, while Glazed has the adhesive edge to handle looser fits too.
Why is the Smooth Series no-glue?
No glue means no sticky residue, no irritation, and a painless removal. Smooth covers use a heat-activated grip to stay in place, with nothing sticky on your skin. They're built for comfort, made for fitted tops, dresses, gym bras, and swimwear.
What is the Glazed Series for?
Glazed has a large non-adhesive centre with a light adhesive edge for extra hold. It's the go-to for loose tops, flowy dresses, backless outfits, and anything where fabric alone won't keep things in place.
Can Talaa covers work under gym bras?
Yes. Smooth Originals and Triangles are made for it. They sit flat under gym bras without bunching or shifting, even through intense workouts.
Are nipple covers waterproof?
Smooth covers are waterproof and sweat-proof, ready for the pool, the beach, or a sweaty workout. Glazed is sweat-proof but isn't recommended for swimming since water can affect the adhesive edge.
How long do Talaa covers last?
With proper care, Smooth covers are reusable up to 100 times and Glazed up to 50. Wash them after every 1-2 wears with water and hand soap, pat dry, and store in their case. Far more sustainable than disposable covers.
Do Talaa covers show under clothes?
No. The tapered edges sit flat against the skin, making them invisible under fitted tops, sheer fabrics, and delicate dresses.
Can Talaa covers replace a bra?
Talaa is coverage, not support. For outfits where a bra doesn't work, like backless dresses, plunge necklines, or gym wear, Talaa gives you the seamless coverage you need. It's not a replacement for support where you want it.
Grip not as strong?
Natural body oils and dust build up over time. Wash with water and hand soap, then make sure your skin is clean and dry before reapplying. For an extra boost, warm the covers with a hairdryer for 5 seconds before putting them on.

Cleaning & care
A quick wash after every use and they're ready to go again. Treat them right and they'll last.
- Wash with water and hand soap after every 1-2 wears
- Pat dry with a clean towel for Smooth, air dry adhesive side up for Glazed
- Once fully dry, place back on the protective film and inside the Talaa pouch
- Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based cleaners, and washing machines
