Returns
Because Talaa is an intimate, skin-contact product, we can't accept returns once it's been opened. If you received the wrong colour, the wrong size, or something's faulty, we'll sort it out.

Email us at info@talaacovers.com within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refused packages & wrong addresses
If a package is refused by the recipient, or the shipping address provided was incorrect and the package is returned to us:
AED 150 will be deducted from your order, and the balance refunded to your original payment method.
If you'd like the order re-shipped, we'll process it again and additional shipping fees will apply.
Refused payments
If customs duties or taxes are refused and the package is returned to us, we won't be able to refund the original shipping fees.
